Hi Nagaraju, Well you can not do online transaction in USD or Euro with any Indian bank debit card, as per my knowledge. You need a credit card for transaction in other currencies.
Only Visa debit card with 3d secure code is valid for online transaction. How to get secure code for ATM cum debit card that already mentioned in post.
Remember you can do online transaction only limited site or services those are mentioned in bank website with your debit card.
For 3d secure code, yes you should enter same details as you given in your bank.

It is usually happen when sbi server down. Try again after couple of hours.
