Sharing Google panda effect after involving in MGID traffic exchange program.
Google panda hits hard within two days and punished many top positioning posts.

Two weeks before signup for mgid traffic exchange program. Blog was approved within 48 hrs after submitting application and added a mgid widget. First two days average exchange ratio was great, it was 457% and 146% respectively. Unique visitors stats were showing a jump in Google analytic but average page views decreased also bounce rate grew up from 60% to 79.46% and average visit duration only 49 sec that was too low.

On 17 march I sent email to Bradly Hopes a support department representative who represent MGID network traffic. A email from Hopes received on next day he promised about compensate and making new news for blogger bonus.

Traffic from mgid.com growing gradually from next day after receiving email from Bradly (Thanks Bradly hopes for immediate action) but not that much as I expected. Later on 19 march no such expected traffic improvement removed mgid widget from blog. After three days later on 23 march I found big drop back in my blog traffic, it was 30% down with my actual organic traffic that comes from Google.

I searched my blog posts and keywords those are positioned in first page in Google search engine. Most of posts dropped 4-5 position from actual positioning and many other posts those are searchable on second or third page they were disappeared and found after fourth page within few days. Google Panda hits so hard in just two days I never thought.

Traffic from MGID certainly doesn’t give rise to a Google Panda penalty!
Traffic from 112 visitors certainly isn’t enough data for Google go by to apply a Panda penalty
    - dig deeper, widen up the period you are analysing watch out for duplicate content, thin pages i.e. pages with less than 300 words, copy and paste a chunk of text from pages on your site into Google and check out the results.
Also check out you link profile.
Check your previous bounce rate and average time on page metrics for over 6 months backwards
I know a number of very successful SEOd sites that use MGID to generate extra traffic to their sites.

The use of MGID’s apps makes your website using unauthorized/copyrighted art and photographic works. If a owner of those work shown record the uses of their works on your website, you can get sued for a fine and interest quite easily. (MGID users’ agreement protect them by making the website owners responsible for the use of the adds. Any website/blog owners who willingly put the MGID apps automatically accept their users’ agreement by doing so.)

Got a couple of friends who start to register their work on specific website and will soon fill complains again the website owners for using their copyrighted works. The only defense those website owner will have will be to sue MGID but they will have little to no right of doing so because of the users’ agreement they unknowingly accepted.)

I think this is just a panda hit, as they hit lot of sites nothing to do with MGID but as it comes on the same time so you may see that like this.
