Ash, actually cpm biz paid to publishers at when started but now there are many scam thread found on forums so it is still mystery their payments proofs. I promote as a affiliated not publishers so still not reach threshold balance for payment.
By far Google adsense is the best source of revenue for publishers with a lower traffic. Fixed CPM works well for per day traffic ranging in lacs and millions.
