Blogger SEO Setup Enable Search Preferences Settings
Get better result and rank in search engine with advanced SEO and search preferences in blogger. This is a good sign for those bloggers who are using blogspot platform now they can easily understand and use meta descriptions and keywords in posts for better SEO results in search engine. You can easily add separate and dynamic description, keywords to each blogger post.
- Blogger Search Preferences Features:
- Custom Site title and description setting.
- Separate Post and Comments setting.
- Custom Page for not found 404 error.
- Dynamic Meta description each post.
- Advance Blog tools and feed setting.
- Easily use Alt,Title tags for Images.
- Separate Keywords for each post.
- Redirection for Page not found.
- Custom Robots.txt file.
- Nofollow attribute.
- Enable Search Preference Setting:
- Sign in blogger, select blog which you want to enable search preference advanced SEO setting.
- Click on Setting last option from left side vertical menu.
- Select ‘Search Preferences‘.
- Clock on Edit from Meta tags, select Yes for enable search preferences
- Add blog description in the box and hit save changes.
- Custom Setting For Not Found 404 Page:
Enable custom text for those pages give 404 error not found and add redirection for separate not found pages.
- Go to search preferences, Error and redirection option edit custom page not found and custom redirects for each blog link.
Now you can create custom Robots.txt file and able to block crawler for unnecessary post and links to add in search engine results.
- Blog Tools and Site Feed Setting:
To use this feature select Other option below Search Preference from Setting menu. You can use this setting for blog tools like import, exports and delete blog. Allow or deny for site feed, enable enclosure links, add post feed redirection and post feed footer.
- Page Not Found Error 404 Custom Redirection And Page Appearance:
No more ugly not found 404 error will follow you. Add redirection for not found pages to home page or point to external links. Add custom appearance for not page pages.
